Great food, as usual. Our overattentive waiter got strange throughout the meal as he told us about Iraq terrorists and a 10-car police chase that morning by the restaurant. The food, like I said, was real good. Fresh and flavorful. I usually go with a BOGO coupon but one was not available on this trip. Sign up for their emails and you will be rewarded with monthly BOGOs.

They served us rotten meat after the over the top douchebag waiter told us how fresh the meat was! My wife's steak smelled like spoiled eggs and I had to spit out the first bite of my steak sandwich which tasted rotten. Nobody in the place and still took them 45min to make rotten garbage. This was my worst restaurant experience ever! WaRNING!!!!! dO NOT EAT AT this location!

Dinner for 4. Very slow in restaurant as it was a Monday evening. Good food, but was totally rushed out the door :( Waitress, Stephanie, literally was asking if we needed boxes and the bill while I was still eating, only 8 minutes after the food was served. She actually said, "enjoy your evening, and the rest of your dinner." Didn't see her again.

I get the same waiter almost every time and I love that guy! I forgot his name... But he's awesome and he seems like he really cares and loves his job. The food is really good! The only complaint I have is I went there today and the frozen lemonade was crazy sour and I had to get it taken off my bill I couldn't drink it! I've had it before and it was not like that. And also today I had a different waiter that was cranky before we sat down but when she was waiting on us she was great. And the host was also very cranky. But I guess that's what you get when you go out on valentines day.

Stopped here last night before going to a concert at the Palace. Saw the reviews on Yelp but figured I'd try it anyway since I love the one in Canton. (Should write a review for them). The restaurant was packed at 5:30p on a Saturday. Had a 20 minute wait to be seated. We waited at the bar. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. There was only one bartender making drinks for the whole restaurant. There were only 6 people at the bar. The bartender was nice and working very hard but she just could not keep up. I'm sure they lost hundreds of dollars in additional alcohol sales because they could not get them out fast enough. Shame on management. Additionally, and this is rare and did not factor into my rating but is a must for every bar everywhere...have cellphone chargers at the bar. It costs nothing and is great customer service. Drinks came as our name was called to be seated. I had to wait at the bar to pay while everyone else went to the table. No biggie if we were on our second round but the timing was really bad. The waitress was very nice. We ordered and all of us got salads. Mine was uneatable with all the dressing on it. I sent that back. We got steaks. 1 medium rare, 1 medium, and 1 rare. When we got them there were 2 medium rares and the rare was medium well. The medium well was sent back and the new one that came was medium rare, cold, and I believe must have been precooked by its appearance. Tragically bad cooking on steaks. There is no excuse ever for cooking steaks poorly. Shame on management for not overseeing or properly training their cooks. The bartender apologized twice, the waitress apologized 4 or 5 times, and possibly a manager apologized once. I appreciate the apologies but if a customer receives 7 apologies in one experience you have a problem. Logan's in Canton is awesome and in dozens of times eating there I have never had a bad meal or experience (their margaritas are way too sour for me). The problem at this Logan's is all on managements shoulders. Fix it or close.

My friend and I decided to stop for dinner tonight and I have had food poisoning for the whole night. We got the trio (mozzarella cheese sticks, onion rings and chicken tenders). For the main course I had the steak with mushrooms with mashed potatoes and the baked potato soup. The soup was just chunks of potato. It was over salted. The trio was the best part of the meal. The cheese sticks were okay and the onion rings were fine, chicken was inedible. The worst part of the meal was the steak. I was asked to cut into it and it looked fine but after one bite I knew there was something wrong with the taste. It almost had a fishy taste to it? I cannot even explain. Mashed potatoes were fine. We had to wait for our food for over an hour too. The food poisoning hit 30 minutes after I ate the steak. It was horrific. Please take your health and money somewhere else where you won't get sick or have to wait over 2 hours.

I didn't care for this place. I should have followed the reviews and missed this place. Slow service. Just wasn't what I expected. I thought the food and services would be better.

The worst Logan's Roadhouse I've eaten at, and I eat at a lot of them. Logan's is typically one of my "go to" places for dinner. Do not "go to" this one however. The service, attitude and food are all sub-par. This is the second time I've eaten at this one (I figured this first time was a fluke).

We like Logan's...free peanuts and yeast rolls are always welcome with my clan. The menu is very large, but the food can be hit or miss at this location. I like it better for lunch with work buddies (Burger with homemade chips, drink and tip, $12 bucks out the door) than I do with family. Went for my folks' anniversary last month, and got seated right away. Drinks came quickly, and Tatiyana (swear to God) was a fine waitress. Only issue was the food this trip was a little 'off'. My medium-rare ribeye (on special, $16.99 12-ounce) was just "OK." not much flavor in this normally flavorful cut of beef. the onion strings on the side were great. My folks had ribs ($14.99 half slab meals), and Grandma declared them 'burnt'. The exposed bones were definitely black, but Grandpa chowed down all of his and half of Grandma's. He doesn't mind a little char...he grew up on a farm :). My man/child's BBQ chicken sandwich ($12.99) got thumb's up (his sweet potato fries were a good choice), but Wifey's salmon ($21.99) was cold, as were her veggies. Maybe they made them first, and had to wait for the rest? My steak was practically sizzling, so that;s probably what happened. All in all, an "OK" visit. We come here about once per month; we've never been blown away, and never left feeling ripped off.

Logan's is our favorite chain. We do miss the peanut shells on the floor (whose stupid idea was it to stop that?) but the rest of the atmosphere is there. We have been to this one since its first day. Many of the staff such as Rich, Amanda, Anthony, and others are super friendly and fun. We feel more like we are with friends than servers. And they treat the other customers just as well. I don't understand why some reviewers have problems. We get seated quickly, served in reasonable time, and our food is always good. I have discussed this place with friends and neighbors; everyone has had the same experience as we have. Perhaps other reviewers are snooty picky, or rude and get treatment reflecting that. The new manager isn't quite as nice as the former one, but still seems decent. Try the place.

Wow my wife and our friends eat there all the time. I see a lot of bad reviews however i have had great luck. Its not a place i go for anything fancy...just good well priced food..and free peanuts. Service has been pretty good.

Second time here at this location. Slow and food not good compared to other Logans. When I say slow I mean like an hour of waiting. It is too long when you are there for lunch and have hungry children. Talked to the managers and they don't seem to be of any help.

Food is still good. House margaritas are TERRIBLE...don't get one. It tasted like a melted lime popsicle

Okay, so this location is only about 20 days old at time of review - however it is a chain and there are certain expectations I have for chains when training is done by people who have years of experience. I also have to say Logans is one of my favorite restaurants. Love the food - service is always questionable at any of their locations. But anyway - with this location - HOLY improvements needed. I don't know who is running that circus, but there are plenty acts you will not miss. In fact, you will likely become part of an act. Peanuts - included. Since I could write several paragraphs no one would ever take the time to read, I'd rather just break down my experience in points: 1. Order placed by phone and we were told it would be ready in 25 minutes. 2. Most of it (keep reading below!) was ready in 45 minutes 3. One order was messed up and had to be sent back to the kitchen (thank God we checked before we left!) 4. Order came back but was still incorrect - back to the kitchen it went! 5. Order came back out - finally correct 6. An hour and 10 minutes later: food finally in order - and completely comp'ed since they screwed up so badly Grrr.... So here are my messages: Trainers: Seriously. You are there to Train, not stand around or pacing. Having the word TRAINER in huge letters on the back of your t-shirt means nothing to anyone if you're doing absolutely nothing. Do your job! The staff clearly needs help! Managers: How long will you be able to keep comp'ing dinners and keep the establishment profitable? Start at the bottom where it counts and take control of your staff and kitchen - and while you're at it, take control of the trainers, because clearly you cannot rely on them to help you out. Two stars is because I love the food - would have been one if my entire check hadn't been voided

I normally love this Logan's. Some servers are so personable and remember us. The birthday wishes are fun. The food is great. Rolls are delicious! Tonight, my medium steak came out mooing. Sent it back. Forever and a day later, out came a new steak. Well done! Sent it back. At this point, the manager comped my meal. She offered a new potato or anything else I wanted. I just wanted a good steak. After another long wait for the third steak, the manager brought another loudly mooing steak, which just about made me laugh. She claimed that was their medium. I've been coming here for years; that's not anyone's medium! I told her I was keeping the steak, but I wasn't eating it. She comped our entire meal and gave me another baked potato to take home with the steak. She even bagged our meals for us, and she kept offering us anything else we wanted. I am so glad I spoke up about the steak. Too many people say nothing and leave a bad review. But I know this place, and tonight was atypical. However, the managers have always bent over backward to correct problems. That's why I will go back.

The food was not too bad, very worth it if someone gave you a gift card to eat there. I probably wold not got there any other time. Our waitress was awesome.

If you're willing to wait an hour and a half to sit, order, and wait before your food arrives, this is your place. The price was fine, but the food was so average. The waitress was super nice, but forgot to bring our salads. We got there at 6 and wanted to get a relatively quick meal so we could head to Costco before they closed at 8:30, but by the time we got there, we only had 15 minutes left to shop! So, yeah. Way way too long to wait for really average food. There's so many other restaurants up near Great Lakes Crossings. Just go somewhere else.

We don't have a ton of great restaurants around us, and when I find one I love, I go there often. For a slow lunch period, the service was not excellent. the waitress got along great with my three year old but not that social with my friend and I. Friends good was over cooked twice. Rolls were not fresh, and when I challenged that my soda was flat she challenged me on it. I ordered fries and didnt get them. Three out of three visits too this newer arrival in town and never had great service.

We just tried this location for the first time, extremely disappointed to say the least. To start our waitress was not personable in any way, only to check on us once. I ordered the chicken salad and my husband ordered steak w/ potato and mac & cheese. Salad had 1/2 a breast and a handful of lettuce and a few tomato's. The steak was overcooked. Maybe they had the order confused with the kid's menu. Sad because Logans has great steaks just not at this location.
